What exactly is not working?

Hello. I am not able to get into the app. Have deleted and reinstalled. Have also tried via the web portal. Constant red rings, getting stuck on loading screen and eventually get the warning message that the game requires an internet connection.

At the loading screen

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Deleted the app, reinstalled the app. Also tried on the webportal.
