Lost shards of top characters

Hello scopely!

I want to contact with someone who cah help me with my issue.

I do not want to contact with in game support. They are irritating and asking stupid questions only.

I have two game issues no one could help me to solve.

The first one:

For about 4 moth ago my account have been bugged by scopely. You lost my data or something like that.

I was struggling with in-game support for restoring. It took about two month for getting my roster back.

Finally it happened after two month.

But they given me a bit changed nickname in addition.

After few days of playing I found that all the shards and some gears of those characters I've collected via MLCs, premier events etc has lost.

I contacted to in game support. They have been drilling me with such a stupid questions and answers for few weeks.

As a result they refused me twice

If here anyone from Scopely who can help to restore my stuff?
