Unable to get beyond loading screen

Hi - I haven’t been able to get beyond the loading screen all day (July 23). I’ve cleared phone memory, shutdown and restarted phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times and no joy. I played the tech tour last night (without bonus character and some faction colleagues think that tour was bugged) and not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any advice would be welcome. Andy

Hi -

It is not getting past the initial loading screen. The black and white Scopely screen pops up and the red bar at the bottom moves before showing Champions logo and superstars screen, then red bar fills to 56MB, disappears then I'm left with just the logo and superstars and it doesn't show me my profile app home page.
When loading.
Not sure.
First noticed at 4.30am (UK time on July 23).
Every time I've tried to reload the game since point 4 (probably 20 times so far).
Motorola mobile phone - moto g(8) power.
Android version 11 / latest version of app (not sure how I can tell but I uninstalled and reinstalled for Google Play yesterday so it'll be whatever version is available there).

I started by shutting down the app and reloading it several times. I then restarted my phone and did the same. I then uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and did the same. I then shutdown my phone then uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and did the same. No joy on any occasion. Some factions colleagues suggested my account might be bugged because before ending my last playable session I did the mutant tech tour before the tour bonus character was added.
