Scopely ID login problem
Another problem with Scopely ID. I connected account to Scopely ID and everything is right there, but when I try to log in to portal with Scopely ID, this is what I get. I tried all different browsers, tried on both android and on PC, nothing helped. Sometimes it works perfectly, and sometimes I get this problem. What could be a problem?

Sorry but I didn't quite get it - how do I connect my ScopelyID with my IGN?
It shows me for now just a random user name...

Make sure first that your game is linked to the ScopelyID. Once you have confirmed this re-lino your portal account and it should recognize you. Thanks

When you get this error message try clearing your browser cache and re-authenticating. Thanks

Whenever I try to log in with scopely I'd on portal it logs me in with a taker picture which isn't what I chose and says champion 12345 or whatever number says I'm not in a faction. Have no characters at all just like a newbie. But if I log in with Facebook everything is fine. I've cleared cache and etc. Still days later still dont work so now I'm not gonna b allowed to get these special prizes u all are promoting that's bogus and not my fault. I answered email to authenticate. Please help

It says that my ScopelyID is connected to a different account and if I connect to it all of my progress will be deleted.

I tried that on all the browsers, tried on phone, didn't work. The problem is, it works perfectly sometimes, but then, sometimes when I want to log in again, it just gives me that error. Connection is definitely not a problem. Don't know what to do.

This is what I get when I try to get id on the game same issue not linked to my account at all.

I'm also getting issues Id log in will this affect me getting the Andrea the Giant champion. It keeps buffing like it's trying to connect but never does. This happens in game.

Another suggestion would be to try incognito/private mode of your browser and make sure you don't have popup blockers enabled. Thank you.

Click on the left side and it will turn blue and then click OK. Thanks!

Tried disabling popup blockers and tried incognito mode, didn't help. Any other solution?
