lost my account on portal
I recently connected my account to new scopely ID, but when I tried to log in on portal with my facebook (since it's the only option to log in), it connected me to the new, lvl 1 account. What should I do now?

Did you unlink the FB account from your game account? Best practice would be to leave that portion linked.

it's impossible to implement everywhere at the same time, apple and google doesn't even make update available in all countries at the same time and it's still unavailable to many and may take a week to deploy

Nobody here is blaming the user. We are giving advice on how to prevent issues. You can still link 3 different profiles to an account. The scopely ID will be needed when the portal.update is made within the next week for the best portal experience but fb, google play/apple accounts are still viable options

How the hell are we supposed to claim the rewards for the portal now, have to wait a week and lose on all the Free League Credits Pack TPS and COINS and Wild Ones Free Claim Pack.
FYI, it kicked me out of te facebook login when switched to the SCOPELY ID, so I had no choice but to unlink the facebook account.

The reason why it is not on the portal yet is super simple. We want players to register their ID at first on their mobile devices to create the backup they need for future installations/devices and being able to benefit from additional rewards on the portal.
As we mentioned in our blog post, ScopelyID is not available yet on the Portal. 0.507 is still rolling out to all major platforms/devices.
There should be no issues or conflicts with a FB connect and the ScopelyID at all. Could you please let us know the lvl 1 account you mentioned?

I am having the same issue, here is my level 1 account on the portal:

Found a Solution thanks to one of my good friend.
when you get to that screen on your phone, Select your profile and it will turn green and click on ok and that should log you in using facebook and that will fix the portal issue.

Both of my profiles in game now show level 1 because of this issue. How do I get my game account and portal account fixed?

If you are getting the ops error on the portal , go back to your game , unlink Facebook , close the game , reopen it and log back in to Facebook
