Portal login incorrect account

in WEB PORTAL ISSUES ONLY

Hi I have tried to login on the portal but it is the wrong account but when I connect on the game it is fine ? Could some on please help so I can claim the rewards before the time runs out for today please

    No point in this portal any more is there ??? U get a faster response from the in game help 😂 . As usual just another way to make money ay

    if you are logged in with a different account it meant you have 2 accounts, check which one your ingame one is connected with or if it's even attached to a facebook account to begin with and log on the portal with the same facebook, otherwise it's an issue for support.

    Hi @Ramsay the fb login and email address is the same on here as it is on the game itself but for some reason it's set up a new profile on here . My account is mukphee email address is muk_1988@outlook.com

    then I would recommend contacting the game support to get it fixed.

    I've had 1 message in nearly 5 days from them @Ramsay . And I no they will turn around and say you need to talk to the discussions on the portal then it will all be round abouts . Surely its a portal problem to be dealt with as its the portal thats the problem not the game

    anything account related is always gonna have to go through support as no one from the forum has any access to play accounts

    Looks like you did exactly what you shouldn't do, according to our Portal FAQ. :)

    If you log in/connect your FB with the Portal first, you will end up with a new account called ChampionsXXXX


    A ChampionsXXX account will also be created if you unlink/disconnect your FB from your main account. That is why you are still logged in to your main account on your device but on the Portal, you are on that new account. If this happens, please contact our Support to Link the new account to your main account.


    We just checked your Main account and can confirm you have successfully linked your FB to it. Nonetheless, are you still unable to log in to the portal with your account?
