Account lost
So i uninstaled game and then instaled it back but looging in with facebook dont give me my old osisroommate profile but give me some random level 1 profile. So i cant get my old profile through facebook. Using huaawei P40 lite phone.

I lost my account and synced it with my sons account instead I tried contacting customer support no one has responded
