Lost Account

Hello. My son lost his account. It reseted to zero. His mail is [email removed by Firpo] and his user name JATMETAL. Now it has a new account logged to that facebook. Please help. Thanks.

  I have already played the tutorial from scratch and when i click on start session with facebook, it shows me two accounts and none of them is my son's account. What should I do?
