Facebook linked to diff account with no progress

I’m sure it was my fault, but when I try to use the portal go get HBK it says my Facebook is already linked to another account. It’s a new account, and from there my only option is to switch from my main account, which I can’t do. How do I switch this over?

Link your in-game account to a FB that isn't being used on any account. Then link the portal to the same FB account and this should resolve it. Thanks
