    I, like everyone who posted in this topic, did not receive the shards for the Lash Out: Faction Pack. I am owed 1000 shards as everyone in the faction purchased said pack.

    I purchased the same package, and did not receive the 10 Lashley shards x 100 as a faction gift.

    I must say myself and my father, Vincent Kennedy McMahon, are very disappointed in this error!

    Do the right thing and correct this.

    I also did not receive any of the faction reward shards from purchasing this pack and as being part of this faction.

    I was in the faction that all bought the pack and didn’t receive my 1000 shards

    We didn't receive all the 10 shards per packs alot of us only got 85 to 87 out of the 92 there was supposed to be please fix this

    I still have not received my 320 Bobby lashley shards that I am owed I’ve been fighting with support for 6 days now and the victory tour is almost over. She clearly sees I’m am owed the shards I don’t see what’s going on.

    I never received the last two milestones in my inbox with the points or Shelton shards.. now I’m not receiving the milestones from the welcome back event.. come on now.. get your stuff together!

    hey won’t fix mine either it’s like they don’t know what’s going on or they are trying to be difficult. I’ve been trying to contact them for 7 days the victory tour is almost gone and I get a response once every 3 days with some new response that has nothing to do with what I’m saying I am owed 320 shards I don’t get how that’s so hard to understand my game froze while collecting the 920 I recieved 600 I’m owed 320 more.

    I am still currently fighting for my shards from this same situation and support is claiming they will not help me. I’ve been trying to get my shards for 8 days now.
