i claim my rewords from web portal

but i didnt received my money and other rewords?

  I am very sure i open my FB account in game and portal and i claimed my rewords, but dosnt add my money to money blance and i cant found the other rewords also. ( TB bag , epic shards chest , 5 star & star token.
