Purchased NWO Round 1 Gold Power up but never received it.

I've reported this with no support on the game so far. I purchased the NWO Round 1 Gold Power up. The money was drafted from my checking account but I never received a receipt or the NWO round 1 gold power up. So the basic is you have my money and I cant get the items I purchased. My in game name is McNal and the purchase amount was 19.99 with tax 21.64. Please give me my purchase or give me my money back. This is not good business to sell a product only not deliver it.
