New Phone FB login

I bought myself a new phone and the game starts from the beginning where you have the tutorial. Now when I finally get to the menu screen to enter my Facebook acct, I get to the restore screen as shown. I press OK and then the game restarts but then comes up to this screen and thats as far as I can get. I click on login and then restarts and then just recycles back to this screen again

I am using an android OS 10 phone. I have tried clearing cache, clearing data and then both but no help. Clearing data just takes me to the fake name I put in to start the tutorial and then it all starts over again when I try FB login.

I can use an emulator successfully using Android 5 and I can also use your portal successfully. I can also try the same emulator IN Android 7 but it does the same thing as the phone. I'm wondering if its an OS problem. I have not tried logging out of the emulator so I don't lose what I have already.

I also tried numerous times to uninstall and reinstall the game with no success.

Have you got some ideas so I can use the phone as well?
