Account recovery
I've lost my account 6 days ago via Facebook log in issues of my other device.
I got it back via sending them ticket on Monday it was good that I got answered and got my acc back , but after few hours I logged into portal to claim Daily free items ; when I logged in to portal a new account shown in portal so I immediately logged out and , opened game logged into Facebook and account got reset so I mailed them , sent ticket so many times send details so many times but no response from this Monday so I decided to post a message here if I get my account back.
Please help me as soon as you can feedback team

Hello there. You need to ensure you're logging in to the portal site with the same FB account you use for your game. You can log out of the one currently linked

yes i logged in with the same fb id at portal even at here

ive sent a ticket yesterday , a day before and also today , sent details 4-5 times but no reply from monday
