Zeeshan has explained the situation to support multiple times, but they are claiming that he had time to claim the TP rewards despite the screenshots proving otherwise.
Could it be passed on to someone from the team help him out?

This issue was raised with the team prior to the event ending and it was decided that there wasn't time to change the timers and wouldn't compensate any players.

Wow, that seems super harsh. This was clearly an error, but the player is being punished. That's a full month's worth of time, effort, and resources down the drain through no fault of his own.
Are the team aware that this month's faction contest ends after the solo MLC too? So we're going to have the same result again this month? Are all the solo event point rewards in the faction MLC meaningless?
