Got an Server error during Talent up and an enhance didn't count

Hey there. Not sure if this is the right place but during talent up I had an connection error and my evolve John cena "Veteran Salute" from 4*S to 4*G didn't count for talent up because of that. So far eMail support didn't help me at all so I hope I might find some help her? Would be grateful if you could adjust my points or whatever suits you best for fixing my event placement in talent up.

1. What's not working:

Got an connection error during Talent up event. John Cena got enhanced but no points were rewarded.

2. Where did it happen

Roster/Character Screen

I have no clue.

4. When did it happen

Monday evening European time. Around 10 pm CET I guess.

5. How often does it happen

Dunno. Connection errors kinda regularly. Was the first time during a talent up event tho

Not too much. Restarting my router and device regulary
