Web Portal App stuck at 0%
I've tried to play the game in browser and for a few days now it's stuck at 0% when it tries to load the game. I've tried this in Firefox and Microsoft Edge and get the same result. Tohis started happening before the latest update to the game code. I've already tried clearing the cache on Firefox and the attempt on Edge was after a fresh install on a new computer.

Hey BTI4, This sounds like it could be an issue with your network data or your PC not meeting the system requirements to run the game. I recommend contacting your internet service provider, most times they will be able to walk you through both issues to determine the issue and provide options to correct the issue.

My internet works just fine. The only thing I can say is that I'm trying to run the game in browser on the New M1 MacBook Pro

I am running on Chrome and mine does the same thing. It just stays at 0%. Been like this for about a week now.

I don't use chrome and I don't want to install it

@BT14 @King_dingaling1 do you have cookies enabled? If you are playing on Incognito mode or with any browser setting that prevents cookies, the game won't be able to log you in and will get stuck.

I’ve been trying to do the beta you guys sent me I’ve done everything the email says to do with cookies and the cross site tracking but when I go to the site via the link it just says Scopely 0% and doesn’t do anything else. It says click login to Facebook in the email it doesn’t give me that option
