Trap gems freezing game
Sometimes when using trap gem users that when you break trap gems it creates/breaks other gems it freezes the game. Particularly noticed when two trap gems users face each other. I.e. Ztaker vs gallows.

Do you have more info on the device used? is it your issue or someone elses? Would need some account names to check it out.

This is an issue I experienced and I’m on an iPhone 8+. I know many have this same issue

I've experienced this issue frequently, causing me to have to force quit and injure the superstar I'm using - notably with zBrock against zTaker during the LT zombie tour. Plenty in my faction have experienced the same.

With the recent showdown requiring more zTaker usage, this has been experienced countless more times. Has there been any update to the resolution behind this matter? Thanks.

I find that the trap logo stays over the gems even when they have been matched.

Game froze after using Walter's Finishing move with both Wrestlers having trap gems on the board and being broke.

I have also had this issue alot using android phone it's mostly when it's trap gems against another trap gem user freezes and u lose all health and the match needs fixing ASAP

This issue has just started happening with Phenom Undertaker (Powerhouse) -- I've never had it happen once with him before the past few days, and now it happened many times during this weekend's Showdown tournament. Hoping this can be fixed soon!

Bumping this thread. Phenom especially has been freezing the board with his trap gems for roughly a week now.

it's a random issue with most trap users and still under investigation so there's no update yet

Hi, it's not a random issue like you claim. It is every single match now with Phenom Taker. I have enough to evolve him to 5* Bronze, but what's the point if I can't use him at his most powerful. Are there any concrete advances to what you have done or is this something that will always be "Under Investigation." It's a little frustrating that after three months since this issue had been reported, there still isn't a solution yet you can solve bugs that have to do with players pulling Mega Superstars at event launch within a matter of hours.

Happened again. Trap gem freeze with Phenom during Showdown. Had to quit the match.

Yes Phenom is basically unusable now. He's one of my only two 5SB superstars so this is a painful bug. Hoping for an update soon.

Same here - using gallows is always worrisome. he's my showdown go to - but if I can't use him I'm less likely to play the game. This recent showdown was a waste - Saturday tried one match - gems didn't regenerate and then couldn't find an opponent until Sunday. Between the lack of gems and lack of available opponents I've given up on Showdown - used to be great, now is just a waste.

had the same problem a couple of months ago on a showdown match and had to quit it
when i talked to the support on the scopely page, sending them images and every thing the response that i got was "we dont see anything wrong" and didnt get a solution or hp bad to recover both my 4 star gold and lost and entire day of showdown tournament

Happens all the time with my gallows, I am very close to making him 5s but I don't know if I should even bother amd just start working on someone else.

For me, the issue with Gallows happens on my phone, but not on the portal website. Very frustrating since I used my phone for this game 99% of the time.

This "it's under investigation" is an awful excuse for you not providing a satisfactory product.
Phenom taker is my only 5* superstar and he is now unuseable because of a cleanse ongoing error at your end.
This has been going on for months and numerous people have reported it to you, so for you to continue with "it under investigation " isn't good enough anymore.
People need answers not excuses and false promises.

Have same issues while using Gallows..sad thing is that when i checked to see if it was fixed it froze again and Scopely says they are not giving hp lost from having to quit match

IF you are not going to fix this after months GIVE US BACK ALL THE COINS TP AND TOKENS WE SPENT TO MAKE THESE OUR MOST POWERFUL GUYS AND THEN I CAN USE THEM ON SOMEONE ELSE GIVE ME MY RESOURCES BACK AND KEEP GALLOWS
