    @Ttrao We checked on this transaction and it seems like you may have made the purchase with the wrong Facebook account (it looks like you use two FB accounts). The Facebook account you logged into the Web Portal with is linked to the username "Ttrao" - if this is the case, it would explain why you never received your purchase in the inbox. You should be able to see the account you logged into the Web Portal with on the right sidebar.

    Can you send a screenshot of your right sidebar so we can verify which account you logged into the Web Portal with?

    I made my first purchase through the portal and never recieved it figured it wouldnt happen twice so i purchased one more time again nothing. I then spent. Web coins on tuesdays tp package also getting nothing. I also have missed out and the freebies frombthe portal.

    I reached out to support about an issue where I purchased bundles from the portal and then claimed them in game and did not receive the Loot Coins or Contest Point bags. It has been almost 24 hours (I purchased on the 12 January at around 3 am and it's not 1:34am on the 13th January) Could I receive some correspondence on either getting a refund or getting my Loot Pulls please? I should note this happened on 3 of the 4 purchases I made.

    Also purchased HOF booster pack for loot coins and contest bags. It arrived in my inbox. I claimed it and got nothing!

    were you logged in with the correct FB account when you purchased the packages? Are you sure the items didn't go into the 2nd account you created with another FB account?

    @EricBlauer613 Hi, from our investigation, it appeared that you used a brand new account that didn't even pass the tutorial yet to make the purchase. This account was linked to the FB email b*****c@gmail.com.

    Digging a bit deeper to the logs, we also saw another game account ericblaue671939 that was linked to the FB email e*****5@gmail.com you were playing and we assume this was your main account.

    Please confirm if this was the case.

    I have sent you the missing items to your main account. please make sure you are using the correct FB for that on the portal, otherwise, everything goes into your newly created account.
