3 issues with the portal

Greetings:

I have several issues with playing the game on the web portal:

1- The game is extremely laggy in chrome for me, it's not if I try in Edge, I've tried the following:

  • chrome is up to date, PC Version 86.0.4240.198 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • deactivated every extensions
  • cleared cache
  • restored original settings
  • turned on/off hardware acceleration
  • have nothing else running in the background apart from windows needed process


2- Even when sound effects turned off in the game, there is still some sounds:

  • clicking on a tour
  • collecting a daily reward
  • collecting a daily bag
  • collecting daily silver league coins
  • every time you click a move during a match


3- The memory issue kicking you out of the game, losing your current match, seem to happen to me about every hour or so. happens in Edge for sure, as far as Chrome goes it's so laggy that I dont play long enough in it to get to that point, here's my PC specs:
