3 issues with the portal

Greetings:
I have several issues with playing the game on the web portal:
1- The game is extremely laggy in chrome for me, it's not if I try in Edge, I've tried the following:
- chrome is up to date, PC Version 86.0.4240.198 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- deactivated every extensions
- cleared cache
- restored original settings
- turned on/off hardware acceleration
- have nothing else running in the background apart from windows needed process
2- Even when sound effects turned off in the game, there is still some sounds:
- clicking on a tour
- collecting a daily reward
- collecting a daily bag
- collecting daily silver league coins
- every time you click a move during a match
3- The memory issue kicking you out of the game, losing your current match, seem to happen to me about every hour or so. happens in Edge for sure, as far as Chrome goes it's so laggy that I dont play long enough in it to get to that point, here's my PC specs:

Thanks @Guersan - looking into this now. Has the Web game become more laggy with the newest update (0.472), or was the previous version also causing issues for you as well?

It's been the same ever since I started testing it

I’m unsure pertinence in comparison to guerson, but the portal aspect where we get daily prizes and purchase options, I am unable to purchase anything. I do receive daily rewards, but if I click on purchase it says processing and then nothing happens

@Chaosphere77 can you try doing 2 things:
- If you have a popup blocker on (on either your Desktop or mobile device), please turn it off. To complete the checkout, you need to enter your information in the payment popup
- Can you try refreshing your browser?

It’s a phone, iPhone, don’t have those things on it and I e tried everything else

@Chaosphere77 can you try logging into the Web Portal from a Desktop browser? The internet browser on your phone may be blocking popups that are needed to checkout.
