Missing loot coins

What exactly is not working?

Bought a loot pack but it vanished

Where in the game did it happen?

Screen where you use loot tokens

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Redeemed offer on the portal, claimed in my inbox, went to redeem the loot coins and it gave an "Error" message with a 4 digit code. When I went off the screen and restarted the game to try and refresh, all of the loot coins had gone and my balance was 0

When or since when did it happen?

20.20pm (ish) UK time
