Chelsea‘s Entitlement Skill Plate doesn’t work right

What exactly is not working?
Skill Plate „Chelsea’s Entitlement“

Every Game Mode, even with other Superstars

Since I look at it: every time

Apple iPhone 12pro - but I don’t think, that it’s that kind of problem

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?
Not that kind of problem that can be fixed by myself. But I contacted Scopely Support, but there the issue is not right. Honestly, there is said, that it is intended that the plate does not work. :-D
Videoclips are to big to add here. But the problem is: when I create the trap gems and start the next move to destroy some of them (and load up the Finisher) the Effect of the Plate gets lost. Still being in the same turn. With Chelsea it is covered by the effect of increasing move damage by destroying traps so it seemed, that the plate is working right. But it doesn’t, all MoveDam Boost come from that trap gems.
Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

Hello Annes, have you confirmed this isn’t a visual effect on dmg? Some of the move/gem dmg increases still take effect if you look at the health bar

HeyHo. I now had a quick opportunity to check. I add some Screenshots from a short fight against 6ss Becky.
As I said, the effect of the Plate gets lost in the same turn, when a move is activated between creating trap gems and activating the finisher.
I played her without gem dam trainers, so the basic Finisher-MoveDam is 938.368. Adding 392% by Strap & Takedown2 Medal, the basic MoveDam of the Finisher would be 4.616.770. Because of a bit MoveDef this is reduced to 4.447.665. This is our initial value. So, first move: creating traps. 200% (2x938.368) are added, so the Finisher would now do 6.324.401 Damage. Now, second move: a 4-Gems-Match destroys 5 Trap Gems. Additional Bonus Damage is 52% per Trap, means: 260% - and here our Problem comes to light: the finisher is now doing 16.011.594 Damage which is exactly our initial value of 4.447.665 + 260%. The added Damage-Value generated from the Plate is completely gone. And that’s the problem.

HeyHo, I checked it again with Nakamura, who is on 5Star Gold only. And I think you‘re right. It is shown that the effect of the Plate seems to be lost, but the health bar shows that the increased MoveDamage was done.
