Missing LOVE AT FIRST FIGHT Medallions from the Faction Rank

I am missing the Faction Rank rewards from the Love at First Fight Event. I was not able to log on until after reset today 2/16/2024. I opened a ticket, but in my past experience it does not get answered until the Store items are removed from the game. If someone can please look into this and reach out before the event shop closes, I would greatly appreciate it. My faction members received 1,100 medallions before reset. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
