Web Portal Issues
When playing on the web player for a while, u get following message:
And then game crashes. This gotta be fixed, if this new web version is gonna be a thing.

Issues during the Beta Phase of the Web Portal should go into the mentioned Feedback Form.
Please use this Feedback Form and send us your feedback and reports if you encounter any issues, so we can continuously improve this brand-new platform.
Please try to give all necessary info you have for this issue so we can try to reproduce it and fix it.

Anyone else having the top and bottom of the game cut off in the browser? I'm wondering if it is because i have a 4k monitor.

shouldnt be related to that, my main monitor is a 4k 32" and it's all there, is your window maximized and did you try without all the bars in full screen (F11) ?

Not being able to post any screenshots is a good point. You could still be able to add the url into your feedback form but we just merged all Web Portal Issue threads into a main one which you can use for now.

Hi.
I cannot seem to connect my game to the web portal
I had to make a facebook account which I have linked to my game but when I click on the web portal it just says processing and then goes back to login with facebook.
When I disconnected my facebook it puts as a new user on the web portal so I know it works.
Any help would be great.

Hi Mundo, your original account needs to be linked to FB in order to use the portal in tandem with playing the game in the web browser. A new account is created when it can't be linked to an existing account.

I have the same issue, facebook wont connect. Only see processing and that is it...

Same issue here brings up the page for the facebook sign then disappears and says processing

the Web Portal Founder's Pack - Zombie Apocalypse One Time Offer is bugged and does not send the 150 shirts to the faction. got multiple confirmation from multiple factions

The webb portal is bugged in general. If there is more then one Facebook on your device it doesn't let you choose the one you want to log into for example it automatically takes me to my sons and I can't play my account through the portal because it won't give me the option to log in with my Facebook

Did you try to reconnect your Facebook within the game on mobile first before trying out the Web Version?

Have you tried to to go to Facebook, logout of your son’s account, login to the proper account, and then go to the Portal?

That you will look into, but that people cannot connect with the website through facebook isnt a issue.
Well, I have tried that. However, than its says my account is level one. Well that isnt quiet correct
And the name and all isnt correct

I am having the same issue.
I have logged out of all accounts on my computer and phone. I unlinked the account through the game. I removed the game from my facebook security settings. Effectively, I started from scratch.
When I try to log in on the web portal I am greeted with the login to facebook popup. I do that and the login button displays "processing..."., then reverts back to "login with facebook" and I remain unconnected. It does log me in on the device though as if I open a new tab and go to facebook it has logged me in. If I keep pressing the button it continues with the same sequence of processing and then back to login.
I have tried multiple browsers and devices to no evail.

Those Faction gifts need to be claimed in the Messages Inbox on the WEB VERSION for now.
Regarding the Facebook Login Issues:
We are still trying to find solutions for it. Usually this issue happens when a player tries to un- and re-link Facebook accounts very often.

Only 1/3 of the faction members gets the correct amount of gift coins, rest is just messed over. And yes we did log on web version to try and get em from there, but they arent there..

Do you have account and faction names we can check? Could you also provide info on who is missing what?

This happens if you are switching between mobile and web too frequently. You should reload the browser to fix and kill the game on your phone.

also this problem was persisting since last week as my mobile software got corrupted and i tried to login through the web portal and was unable to play for 2 days

If you had issues with the mobile client, i suggest to open a new thread with more infos on it, so we can have a look.
Keep in mind, the Web Portal is still in Beta and we try to fix all the issues that pop up during that period. Not everything will run smooth (yet), but we focus on fixing those login issues for sure!

As far as today the game was not working on Web portal. Anyone else having the problem?

The idea of the portal is great but can't use it in a Macbook.
(Requires iOS 9.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch) from the developers mac store.
Any chance that we could see this working with mabooks in the future?

I am not sure what your ask is, but the Web Portal should be available in all major Browsers. Just put in the portal URL with the credentials you got and you should be in.

Hi Firpo, Thanks for the help. I have access to the portal and is linked to my facebook page but when i press the bottom to play re direct me to page with my faction chat but not game. Is asking to download the game. I attaching a photo so you can see.. If I press any of the option it send me to the store instead of download it here
