Internal server error in Challenge mode hard nodes

The hard node of the regular and weekend challenge tour is buggy and it won't let me play it. It keeps telling me there is a internal server error and it won't load either match. I know with the roster I have and my setup I would win both matches and the Hell mode nodes too. I'm missing out on resources and I've been waiting all week for a remedy to this issue. Support has closed my tickets and done nothing to help. Can somebody fix this or send me the cases I'm missing out on? I spend too much time and money in this game for things to not work properly.

• Clearing your game cache and data (Make sure your account is backed up)

If neither of this work it will need to be handled through support.
