Strap pass renewal scam

So.....I had an issue with my payment at the play store for the strap pass and my strap pass renewal happened after the automatic attempt it usually does. Now my skillplate chips are at zero even after the timer reset. When I contact support with multiple tickets, they keep telling me that that pass only increases the limit to 100 and they cannot add the chips. This feels like a BS excuse but even going by their own premise, why is it still zero? Why is it not the default of 20 that everyone, including the non pass members get at reset? Why is someone speding money on a pass being put in a position WORSE than a non playing default member is? And how is this NOT a scam? I've never seen another company that actively takes money from the player base and actively gives them two middle fingers

i too got told many times just to "wait " for the reset of plate chips , at the one point it was 17 days till reset, i feel there should be an option or a fixable patch that should work with this, i mean they are able to track and take back tp , so why are they able to fix this glitch ?

It's not a glitch it's intended. sometimes there are special circumstances and support can make an override with vip manager permission but generally you will have to wait till reset.
