Game freezing when accessing roster

What exactly is not working? Game freezes when I try to access my roster.

Where in the game did it happen? Anytime I try to access roster.


What are the steps to reproduce it?


When or since when did it happen? Since Saturday Nov. 25.


How often do you experience this issue? Every time I try to access roster.


What device are you playing on? I pad 7th generation


Which OS and game version? 17.1.1


What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Made sure my roster was set to “Talent” instead of “Shards” through faction expeditions. That did not work. Uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times. Sent two different help tickets, I haven’t heard from the first ticket since 11-25-23 around 4:00. The second ticket, I heard from today and was told she would forward my issue to the developers and they would work quickly to fix it. She then said she was closing the ticket. Still can’t access roster without freezing.
