Web Portal Game straight up will not run properly

What exactly is not working?
The game runs extremely slowly via the portal and hangs EVERY time I try to select anyone for a match. I've tried playing the game on both Firefox (my primary browser) and Edge. The behavior has been consistent since then.
Where in the game did it happen?

What are the steps to reproduce it?
For one, just note that the game loads much slower as a general rule. It just seems like it's chugging. Then, playing via the portal, go to select any match. The moment the game would be going to pull up your roster, the game will hang completely and freeze the browser until the tab is closed.
When or since when did it happen?
I want to say it started working improperly about a week or so ago.
How often do you experience this issue?
Every time.
What device are you playing on?
A plugged in, extremely powerful laptop.
Which OS and game version?
Windows 10, and whichever game version the portal tries to emulate.
What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

Tried clearing cache, and tried switching to another browser. No success.

Same issue here, similar PC specs to the original poster and same steps taken to attempt to rectify it.
Not having issues with anything else, so must be game/site related.

Additional info that may be helpful (I honestly cannot believe it hasn't been fixed; it's been A MONTH): I was able to select my Faction Boss lineup via the portal just fine. Tour matches still hard freeze when the roster is supposed to pull up.

Can not get into web portal for daily claims om website
Where in the game did it happen?
Web portal at www.wwechampion.com that is linked from inside the game-app
What are the steps to reproduce it?
In game, go to the blue and white glode/circle in the top right corner. When you cone ti website, swipe right to claimrewards. This site do not load.

That little speech bubble on the bottom right will allow you to do so. If that doesn’t work you can access support from the settings menu in-game

I can now confidently say that the hangup occurs any time you try to bring up the roster OR Entourage screen . If you can start a match without selecting or without having to go into the entourage screen, it runs. If you do either of those things, the game hangs. Since apparently your "tech team" is incapable of fixing it, maybe a little more information would be helpful.

It seems to MOSTLY be running since the new update, but it still lags on the stipulation entourage screen and the Gauntlet Blitz selection screen.

Additional update:
It kinda mostly runs, but is still insanely slow, and also frequently gives a connection error when first booting and then when it reloads, it acts like it's the first time I've loaded the game on the device.
