What exactly is not working?

My faction has completed the first 2 faction reward stages for the behemoth contest but I have not received the upgrade tokens or poster bags in my inventory

It happened last night 12/10/2023 9pm western australia standard time and 13/0/2023 7am western Australian standard time

It has happened twice
