Why doesn't Damian Priest's Entourage Skill work with everyone with a Red finisher?

I bought Damian Priest Archer of Infamy from the store last week as his trainer effect is "Red Finishers do 150% more Damage." The issue is, when I go to add him to Chyna Ninth Wonder of the World (which has a red finisher), I am shown a message that reads" Damian Priest doesn't have an Entourage Skill that applies to Chyna."
