Game sync won't work

I have recently used another device to play the game and now when the game loads it asks if I want to sync game and it shows my progress but no matter what I press it restarts the game and that same message appears and I can't play....

have you tried uninstalling and clearing data and cache

The window still pops up but I found I can close it using the back key on my device. Other than that it's working fine thank you for responding...
