Cannot load game on Web Portal

What exactly is not working?

When trying to play the game on the web portal it gets stuck on 90% and get the error message in the screenshot 

Where in the game did it happen?

Intial loading screen

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Click on "PLAY THE GAME" on the web portal

When or since when did it happen?

Started today

How often do you experience this issue?

numerous times last 2 hours

What device are you playing on?

Asus Laptop

Which OS and game version?

Windows 10

What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Tried clearing cache and using both Google Chrome and Brave browsers

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

    Getting the same error message on the Portal. I assume this is an after effect of some kind of update, since that usually seems to cause this issue.

    And don't suggest changing browsers etc, this happens way too much for it to be anything other than a broken website/game.

  • I have not been able to log into the game on the website WWE Champions. It started since this morning around 9 am my local time. I keep getting 90% loading error message. Please help and fix, thank you.

    Hello everyone. Be sure your account is linked with a scopely id. Once you have that I would remove the fb authentication and clear cache then try to get back into the game

    I'm on ScopelyID - no FB auth - game still doesn't work.

    You will need to clear your cache data and restart your web browser client, This should fix the issue.

    Explain to me why it keeps happening then? Seems like every time there's a update this happens.

    Just to humour you, I've done exactly as you've said, and still nothing.

    Feed back to whoever that their game is busted.

    In chrome you could try incognito mode to bypass any issues, I would also try Edge to see if it makes a difference.

    I'm using Edge. I don't have another browser to try and I'm not installing one just for the sake of this. And you can see it happening on multiple browsers from the other posts in here. That isn't an answer.

    Same result on Edge and Firefox as well with ScopelyID. I tried incognity window on Chrome, but then it says session no longer active and to restart every time. Tried clearing cache and cookies in the browsers and restarting whole laptop without success.

    I have been able to get into account on my mobile, so account itself seems ok, just not working in web portal no matter what I try.

    It happens to me almost every time they update, or do anything to the website. Something's broken and they won't admit it/don't realise it.

    Usually, it sorts itself out after a couple days, I guess the tech guys put the hamster back in the wheel and get things running again.

    Oh, it just started working again on its own...just like I said it would.

    Perhaps you should refer this to the Scopely tech monkeys like the half dozen other times I've reported it? A recurring error, that affects a number of users suggests something is broken? Or is this going to be added to the list of things that are just ignored?

    being rude to the forum staff is unlikely to help your matter get resolved. Mods have offered you troubleshooting tips in an attempt to assist you with the problem, so I would suggest keeping the unhelpful comments to yourself
