Game on IOS crashes on opening between 9am and 12pm NZT

What exactly is not working?

When I try to open the game on IOS (iPhone or iPad) it immediately crashes. This happens consistently between 9am and 12pm New Zealand Time.

Where in the game did it happen?

As soon as the game opens and loads the home screen.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Open the game between 9am and 12pm NZ time.

When or since when did it happen?

For the last 3 weeks.

How often do you experience this issue?

Every day between 9am and 12pm NZ time.

What device are you playing on?

iPhone 12 Pro and iPad 11" M1.

Which OS and game version?

iOS 16.6 and game v 0.616

What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

I've tried reinstall the game multiple times but it keeps happening.

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

I can't screenshot it as it crashes immediately and there are no errors.
