Can not make portal purchases

What exactly is not working?

Does not accept any payment. Receive error: Sorry, the payment cannot be completed now. Please try again later or contact Xsolla customer support.

Error code: 3032

    I had the exact same behavior this week. In speaking with their live chat, they told me I disputed a charge which I did not do. I did get a new card and my account had the old one saved. In any event, they told me I am banned from purchasing through the portal any further and will not work with me towards a resolution.

    I've probably spent several thousand dollars through the portal over the last couple years so to not be able to fix this up may end up pushing me out of the game since Scopely runs exclusive portal-only purchases to advance your characters.

    Xsolla/Babka is not willing to work towards resolution. Just a heads up if you've run into the same thing.
