Showdown matches not loading

whenever I try to play a showdown match usually I can play 1 match and then the second one just doesn’t load no matter what I do. I have to close the app and lose my streak just to play the game again.

Can you give more details on the error and or freezing? Do you have the same issue when playing on the portal client?

Usually when the match starts it has the loading icon in the middle and the superstars health is always at 999 also I don’t know what the or a portal client is.
