Game not loading pictures/freezing

What exactly is not working?

The game is not loading pictures of some superstars, medals, and straps.

Where in the game did it happen?

Wherever you can access superstars, medals, or straps.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

I've tried resets and nothing has fixed it.

When or since when did it happen?

This has been gradually happening for months. Some superstars pictures in tours won't show up.

Often enough
