VIP subscription not received

So is anyone else ever had this game straight up steal money from their Google account because I have and I tried contacting support and they are absolutely no help whatsoever this game charged me for a VIP pass on King of Kings pass for a week without my permission and my account even said it should be on hold and make it worse and not only didn't send me a receipt for the purchase it doesn't even show up on my Google account but after the first two days of it being active my status on it switched from on hold to active and it is very clear that support has no interest in helping me on this matter so I've had to contact Google to to get my refund

The two screenshots of my entire purchase history for this month and noticed that the charge for the VIP pass is missing and the other two are from the same day one taken after my VIP pass was active and I took the other a few hours later showing that my account even still said it should be on hold

Hi Darren,
I see you have an active VIP account but have not purchased it? If you have a google receipt that you were charged you will need to reach out to support with that information.

I did reach out to support and even showed them that the day after I'd been charged for it that my account said it should be on hold still and the payment didn't even show up on my actual Google account but support made sure to be completely useless and literally stalled until the week was up and then finally said oh we can't do nothing the week's over sorry you're just going to have to deal with your money getting stolen the day after the charge i even made sure tk take a screenshot of is being active and one of my account showing that is was not supposed to charge me

And you know what i say to that never was it because I never received any kind of apology refund or anything for literally having my money stolen anytime someone on here says under investigation it means this matter is over we don't care that has been my experience every single time

And I just want to point out that that was all the way back in June and it is now December but no one I contacted seem to care that my money was stolen only that they got it and weren't giving it back

I have a VIP pass that I bought or it was automatically charged in the play store and in the game if the purchase is made but I cannot enter to collect the VIP points that appear in the strip above and the triple h tours I need urgent help or a refund of the money, because this is the second time it's happened to me.
Besides, I have 2 Chad gables and I was preparing to receive the red Chad gable engine.

This is another issue that can be resolved only with in game support.

I am having this same issue, most of my king of kings subscription features are not working. I have sent 4 tickets to in game support and keep getting the same BS answer of "not enough information to help". THE FEATURES ARE NOT WORKING AFTER I PAID FOR THEM. I have no access to champions club, can't do the king of kings tour or blitz.
