My purchase has disappeared

Hello. I am writing in reference to my account with WWE Champions. I make purchases quite frequently, but this has never happened to me before. I just purchased a $29.99 and a $9.99 package and also received a bunch of web portal rewards. They all appeared in my game under rewards, but when I went to claim them, they all, including the backstage pass rewards, and all the free in-game rewards completely disappeared and now I am unable to claim any of it. And since I have already purchased these things, I am unable to re-purchase them. Please help me in resolving this issue.

You will need to open an in game support ticket, It will speed up your process if you include the purchase receipts in your ticket.
