Help! I can’t swap game or close the game

What exactly is not working?

I can’t swap the game or close it I have to push volume up volume down then hold the power button to reset my phone.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Try to swipe up

When or since when did it happen?

Today

How often do you experience this issue?

All the time now since I got the new update

What device are you playing on?

I have iPhone 13

Which OS and game version?

i play on the new one 23041450.0.610

iphone iOS 16.4.1

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

I try everything. I was told by my friend to redownload game. It is still not working

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better? I don’t want to open the game again because I can’t close it.
