What exactly is not working?
Cannot enter battle, getting internal Server error
Where in the game did it happen?
All event battles on hard mode. Easy mode working no issues.
What are the steps to reproduce it?
Continuously having issue even after resetting game, phone, and internet.
When or since when did it happen?
Have been experiencing issues all day.
How often do you experience this issue?
Any time I try to enter an event battle on hard mode
What device are you playing on?
Android
Which OS and game version?
Android 5.1 version 0.600

It started with the beach limited tour.

Have you tried
- Playing this match on the portal
- Clearing your game cache and data (Make sure your account is backed up)
If neither of this work it will need to be handled through support.

My Faction Boss Shop hasn't worked for over a month now I've done all the troubleshooting from uninstall and reinstall to clearing the cache force stop and I've sent a ticket now for almost 30 days straight I've missed out on so many rewards this problem needs to be fixed please

If I were a top paying customer this problem would be fixed right away instead I'm being passed around like a Sunday dinner roll

Even if that were true, and it's not, they would go through in game support not the forum where none of the staff have any ability to even look at your account let alone fix it.
