Problem in trivia rumble Rank. After win a trivia rumble match the rank goes up but when i reopen the website and see it shows rank down why this is happening ? if this is a bug resolve it.

I wanted to log in to the portal to collect some rewards, but it didn't work. I tried it with my Facebook account and my scopley account, and it still didn't work. Once I try to log in, it didn't let me log in.
