Out of Control Prize Wall Dakota Kai Evo Tokens did not reset

Last month the Ridge Holland tokens did reset each week and there was a timer for the tokens this week but come reset they did not reset. Obtaining these tokens isn’t free and I feel that is very misleading. I hope this is just a bug and it was supposed to reset. Thanks

    I spent over 300 dollars to get enough tokens so I could get her to 5 star this week and then they go and change the method again. Seems to be inconsistency in how they apply the rules every month. A change this big should be announced prior to and also NOT show the countdown timer like it’s going to reset. It’s a very deceptive practice to get me to spend money and then rug pull the reset…

    Can you ask for an announcement in the blog of any changes going forward? These events and rewards we start to plan for, as mentioned especially spending. Can you ask for planners to list the changes in the blog so players are aware of what will be happening to plan accordingly.

    Yeah unfortunately I had spent all my currency after in game support told me it was working as intended and they won’t reverse my tokens now. What a scam!
