Missing skill plate picker from this month’s talent up

What exactly is not working?

I have raised 5 tickets stating that I did not receive a skill plate picker for this month’s talent up. Each time the request was closed as resolve with no explanation and no additional skill plate pocker

Where in the game did it happen?

This month’s talent up

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Review my loot and see that no additional skill plate was added despite completing the talent up

This month’s talent up

Just this month

Iphone

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

I have contacted support 5x. I should have 5 skill plate pickers. I also should have feedback from support instead of closing my ticket without explanation
