Bug with purple move of GOAT Becky Lynch
What exactly is not working?
if you play GOAT Becky Lynch green green purple and you choose the both green moves first and in 2nd round the purple, you have to avoid to choose traps or cross break gems to make green because the game crashes then. everything works fine if you place the greens on normal gems - but as soon as you place them on the traps, the game freezes (screenshot attached)

in every match
What are the steps to reproduce it?
first flood the board with traps, after that submission move.
in round 2 choose the purple move and select traps to convert into green.
game freezes then.
When or since when did it happen?
I recognized it in the last female feud - could be in combination with the new gear.

every time

Update: I just re-checked it in tour(Survivor Series, Round 1, Hell, match 9) and everything worked as intended. So it might be a feud-only bug?

yes I also have the new gear.
Bug report update from our faction: 2 matches in tour went fine, bug occured again in 3rd match. so it seems to not be feud-only.

Update: Bug just accured in SD too...

I experienced the same thing during last feud and also now in showdown. G/G/P second round use purple and game freezes, the gems do not drop. Playing game through portal with FB login also playing with Microsoft Edge browser.

I've experienced this issue as well. Happened once doing one of the Cody tours this weekend, Torrie hell mode to be exact. Seems to be random. I place traps first, then sub. After opponent's move, I play purple move and match greens to blow up board. Usually for me it's a mix of traps, cross-breaks, and non-traps. Haven't experimented specific gems to avoid or match. Like I said been more random and not often, but does happen from time to time.

So this has been a known issue now for almost 8 months. When is this stupid issue going to be fixed?t This is a huge issue especially for fueds as the the game constantly freezes in her matches and forces a restart and loss of all health. It has already happened to me 4 or 5 times in this fued. Seriously guys can't be this incompetent that you can't fix this issue. What's the point of playing with certain superstars if they aren't going to work right. 8 months is plenty of time to address and solve the problem with as much money as people pour into this game.

8 months is too long to have a problem like this going on for. It is an absolute nuisance when playing in fueds. You guys should have fixed this already. This game has way to much quantity or quality.

We definitely understand the frustration. Not all bugs are as easy to fix but it is something the team is looking into.

8 months is way to long dude, it should not take 8 months to fix a bug. This is the biggest problem with this game, you guys keep adding more and more stuff causing more problems and not fixing issues that should be fixed. You guys need to stop releasing so many new things and focus on the problems that already exist. I have never seen a game with so many problems, but as long as the whales keep spending you cares about the rest of the players.
