XPac Shards in store not redeeming

What exactly is not working?

I redeemed the xpac HOF shards in the store but the game froze and it doesn't appear that I received any shards, nor does he appear in the roster list

Clicked on xpac HOF shard reward at the top of the page

Today around 3:30 PM EST

I checked the roster page to see if the shards were there but couldn't even find an xpac HOF
