Game starts at league 1 on portal

When I run the game from portal, it says that I am in league 1. I am actually league 20. I can access roster, all superstars are here, but because it says that I am league 1, I can not access faction hub, events, nothing really. I tried many browsers, restarting settings, cache, everything. Didn't help. Contacted support 2 times, didn't get any help. Can it be fixed?
