Ok why every event is there some reason that something doesn’t work. I cannot get any of my portal rewards from the spend event and the purchases I made. I am owed a lot and just keep getting an error on the game. Why should we continue to spend when it doesn’t work? I have contacted customer service and nothing. I know it’s the weekend but when people are spending hundreds of dollars you should be able to fix this issue. I would like to know how this will be fixed and how myself and many others can get our spend rewards from the event and all the pulls and coins and tP we are owed. I have screen shots of everything and I know others do too.
