Linking app progress to new Scopely profile

What exactly is not working?

Linking account. I’m level 16 and I now want to create a scopely account, but it doesn’t seem like I can do it that way. I can only create a new scopely ID and link that to the game, which would erase all of my progress.

Where in the game did it happen?

Linking account.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

When I go to link account in the app, It has an id already, and says if I link to that ID, my progress will be erased and replaced with lvl 1 0 talent. When I log on to the scopely web site, I don’t see an option for being able to apply my app profile to the web site.

When or since when did it happen? Today

How often do you experience this issue? Any time trying to link app.

What device are you playing on? Iphone

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

The app already seems to have a profile it’s trying to link to so I don’t know what to do there. The web site has a new profile and I don’t see an option for applying my app profile to my web site profile.
