Game will not load

Game will only load to 90% and stops. Tried in both Edge and Chrome. No error message, just stops loading.

I'm also having the same issue. Edge, Chrome, Firefox.
I've cleared cookies & cache. Stuck at 90%.

Likewise with Edge and Chrome, cleared all the stuff, restarted all the things. 90% then poop.

Portal stops 90% for me also firefox/chrome tested edge ntn passes 90%

- What exactly is not working? Game will not load past 90% on portal.
- Where in the game did it happen? Loading game in the portal.
- What are the steps to reproduce it? Attempt to login via portal.
- When or since when did it happen? Nov 4th 11:00 AM EST and still happening today.
- How often do you experience this issue? Every time I attempt to login
- What device are you playing on? Portal
- Which OS and game version? Portal
- What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) FallingDown
- What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? I've used alternate browsers: Edge, Chrome and Firefox. I moved to another computer and did the same: Safari, Chrome, Firefox. I've cleared cache in all, removed cookies and even restored browser to default settings to start fresh. Nothing I've done has fixed it. I've messaged support via portal yesterday with no response as of yet.
Please advise. Going to miss daily login and weekend event.

All i know is they better compensate all of us for the lost time and cost for any purchases that we've made before we found out they're having issues, especially if it takes them longer to fix it then the pulls that you bought for are no longer a thing and change it on the site.

This is officially brutal. Missed login streak, missed 100k zdom shards, 100k of whatever it is today and feud in less then 9 hours.. over 24 hours and no respons in forums or from the support window.

Hi guys, sorry to hear about your issues I have sent this to the team but unfortunately barely anyone put any information for them to work with other than some form of "it doesn't work"
could you guys fill the information from the reporting guide like @FallingDown did, the more information you put the better, OS version, browser version, etc so they can see why it works for everyone else but not for the seven of you, they need to see what you all have in common.
In the meantime, you can collect items and play the game on mobile or even use an android emulator if you only have a computer and don't own a phone.
Please provide us with the following info:

I just bought some Credit and then this started happening, I don't want to lose out on the pull and rewards that i paid for due to whatever is causing this issue.

- What are the steps to reproduce it? Open up portal, sign in, click "play the game", and then then the game doesn't load.
- When or since when did it happen? Tried signing in on 11/4/22 and haven't been able to sign in since.

- What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? I have tried signing in on Chrome and Explorer. I have sent an email to wwesupport@scopley.com on 11/6/22. I have also tried to sign on using my mobile phone which does work. I just enjoy playing on my laptop more.

- How often? Everytime I try to load. Have not succeeded my n launching game on portal since 11/2/22
- What device? The web portal on chrome, and edge.
- What version? Windows 10 and game is auto update on portal.

- What have I tried to fix it? Cleared cache, switched browsers, tried in private browsing, deleted all browsing and cookie history. Checked to make sure game is updated on my mobile device. Everything checks out, game will not load.
As a content creator for Scopely I cannot at this time do my livestreams or make my preview videos until I can log in here.
